Absolutely mint - gut renovation - extra large studio
Killer renovation with stainless steel appliances and cool modern peninsula in kitchen area. The living area and kitchen are one open room and the living area apart from kitchen is not large. That's why I say it is sort of almost an extra large, ++ studio. But "1 bedroom efficiency" is the most apt phrase. Bedroom is very good sized. So close to the T it is shocking. (Reference #139119)
